Learning requires us to shift our perspective. Our physical surroundings (learning place) and the conditions within it (learning space) can play a key part in that.

Much of our work is about helping people to interact better in the workplace. If that's your aim, make very sure they have enough room to physically move and connect in a variety of ways in the learning space.

Or even better - completely change the space and the experience. After all, it's hard to fall back on old patterns of behaving when you're doing something completely different...
